General Returns Policy

Full Product Refunds: You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Internet Health Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping or handling fees not included).

Partial Refunds: Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Any item that has been opened or has obvious signs of use and returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Exchanges: If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and request an exchange approval and let us know if you would like to exchange the item for a different product or the same product.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting  - Your Account -  and accessing the relevant order summary.
