How much water is enough?
The correct way to calculate ounces of good clean water you need to drink daily is to take your weight and divide that number in half.
This number equals the correct number of ounces of water you should be drinking each day. For example, a person weighing 150 lbs would need 75 ounces of water daily to hydrate properly.
In many cases, dehydrated people are drinking the correct amount of water but they are drinking a poor source of water or a product with too many other additives to hydrate them correctly.
