Perhaps the previous reviewer is a 20-something, living in Seattle or another city known for its humid, pleasant climate. As a 50-something living in Anchorage, AK, this cream is nothing short of a blessing. In fact, all the Derma-e products made for dry or aging skin are truly amazing. They have several lines, some of which are designed for normal skin, some for oily, and several for dry and/or mature skin. I've been using many of their products for 3-4 months now, and not only does my skin feel wonderfully soft and hydrated, but I've also noticed a marked evening of my skin tone. For 30 years, I've refused to leave my house without makeup on. Now, I have no qualms about being seen bare-faced by friends & strangers alike. I have gotten used to it, although it is a little heavier creme than I'm used to. Will try something lighter next time.
