Last summer I was plagued with colds month after month. I called my holistic doctor for a remedy. He suggested taking Immune Well to build up my immunity. The product came quickly from Amazon. I took the pills first thing in the morning and before bed with only water. They have no aftertaste and are small and smooth. I plan on taking Immune well for most of 2012 and will wean off of them slowly.
