Works well for me May 03, 2010
By a human I bought one of these from a UK site and I'm happy with it - hit this site looking to buy another.
The first bottle I received had a faulty non-return valve, but I have been using the replacement continuously for about 5 months.
I do not have problems with leaks whilst squeezing, closing, or in my rucksack. I make sure the lid is firmly screwed on, the mouthpiece closed and keep it mostly upright.
Drinking from the bottle is between sipping and glugging - I fill my mouth with water and then swallow it. Flow stops when the water does not cover the filter while the bottle is deformed (squeezed).
Brimmed, the bottle holds 22.5 fl. oz of which I have drunk 20 fl. oz, holding the bottle upright squeezing with both hands.

Stay way clear of this one Apr 08, 2010
By B. Hjertaas This bottle is useless. For the $ they charge, I had expected much better quality.
You'll notice that the only thing Wellness mentions on the product page is the plastic bottles and money you'll save. That's all good, but what about offering us consumers some useful product information.
Here is a list of "features" that I'd like people to know about:
* First and foremost, it is very difficult to drink of. You'll get lots more air than liquid out. The instruction manual says you have to squeeze the bottle, to help push the water out, but that is not sufficient. It is like drinking using a straw with a big hole in it. Sounds like that too.
* Because the bottle is squeezable, a gap will appear between the bottle and the lid making water come out. That means you can not be sure that the bottle won't leak while you have it in your bag/purse whatever.
* When you finished sipping water/air and close the white valve, there will be some remaining water in it leaking out
* The bottle must be filled halfway up with water, otherwise the filter won't be able to suck out the water. That means, in practice, the bottle is not 22oz, but 11oz.
* It looks cheap
