Great collection of recipes and ideas for gout sufferers. Two books! Gout fighting recipes for all kinds of meals - even breakfast. Food lists are helpful for creating meals that don't promote uric acid production.

Very helpful information and excellent recipes. We cook from these books daily. And, my husband hasn't had a flair up since we started using them.
